Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Feedline app (“the Service”) provided by ULTRA SMOOTH STUDIO SRL (“we”, “us”). By installing Feedline on a Shopify store you agree to them on behalf of the merchant that owns the store.

The Service

Feedline reads the products of your Shopify store and generates product feed files for Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager and the Shopify Google & YouTube channel, applying the rules you set in the app. The files are served at secret addresses and rebuilt on a schedule and after product changes.

Your responsibilities

  • The feeds reflect the data in your store. Prices, availability, images and descriptions are your responsibility, as is compliance with Google's and Meta's product data and advertising policies.
  • Feed addresses contain a secret. Give them only to the advertising platforms you use; replace them in the app if one leaks.
  • You are responsible for the legality of your advertising, including consumer-pricing rules in your jurisdiction.
  • You must comply with Shopify's terms and policies while using the Service.

Fees

Plans and prices are shown on the Feedline listing in the Shopify App Store and billed through Shopify. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Feedline available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Google and Meta keep the last feed they fetched, so a temporary outage does not remove your products from ads. Support is provided by email at office@albustudio.com on business days.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or advertising spend arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Feedline at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or of Shopify's policies, with notice where practical.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Questions: office@albustudio.com.
